First day of Castin
So after one day on castin I can say I love the e flow. But I don't know so much about the anitbiotic. I could barely get through the first treatment (and second and third) and after reading the little insert thing I took my temperature (which on my high doses of motrin is usually around 97.5 or so) and it was 99.4. BTW- I spent an hour reading the instructions on the eflow, sterilizing it, and mixing up the stuff. And I'm not stupid- my mom and I just sat down and were trying to figure out how it goes together and how you're supposed to clean it. So I did my treatments and then the abx, felt my chest tighten in that typical broncospasm type way, and feeling drained, went back to bed until my next dose. Going in the medication feels like its irritating, but my lungs immediately want to cough it back up. Let's ponder awhile why I don't want to start any more of these meds. I like breathing, first off. And secondly, I don't like wasting energy. If this treats pseudo, then why am I focusing on it when the main issue for years has been mrsa? If two centers want it though, and one of them holds a great deal of stock in wether or not i eventually get a transplant, I definately feel like I'm being coerced into doing it. Whatever. I'm going to go upstairs again and collapse, I'm exhausted.
